Exclamation 3.1 Cutlass Ciera S VIN M-Suspension Problems

Hello, its me again! I posted about this two months ago and I, yes, haven't checked out the problem yet! Let me recap the symptoms i've been having:

When you go over bumps in the road with this car, large or small ones, you can really feel them. Someone driving the car to the store and back noticed on a road that has had various small cracks filled in, etc said that the tires are clearly traveling too much. The tire wear is also definitely a bit unusual and is wearing faster than it should be. There are times when you are backing out of a spot or turning the wheel into a parking spot that you can hear a grinding noise from the front wheel wells. The noise is in a specific way and happens only when you turn the steering wheel pretty much as far as it can be turned when you are backing up. It is also, DEFINITELY, not a clicking sound when it is turning...definitely not a clicking sound at all.

A small lip in the road that most cars go over without blinking causes big problems for the car. In one area when taking a right turn onto the road, it will cause the CD player to skip (its as if i'm pausing the CD for 5 seconds when that happens). If you drive through this one spot near a group of shops and restaurants that is a little rough (too rough), it bounces a lot and makes the car feel extremely unstable (like i'm going to go right off the road). When the road goes up and down really fast (like a small hill in the road), you can feel the car, in general, bounce up and down afterwards.

I was told by the previous user (my dad) that the shocks and struts have never, ever been replaced. New Shocks and Struts maybe? Everything seems to be doing good, but I haven't checked any control arm bushing yet.
