photoshop person needed

Hello all....i have the new issue of classic cars which was discussed earlier....however i have just cut out the cutaway drawing from the issue and was hoping someone could help me isolate just the cutaway, make the lines on it crisper and darker, and make the white background on it a little whiter. I can post it here for everyones enjoyment if somone tells me how to do that...or i can e-mail it to somone who thinks they can help me out....i really appreciate it. Thanks!

Email the original scans to me and I will give it a whirl - I'd love to have the finshed copy and don't mind helping. I'm no Photoshop expert, but I do pretty well with it.

This actually ended up being one of the more difficult things I've done with Photoshop, but I'm happy with the results. Hopefully you guys will be too.

Don't you have the magazine? Just imagine a scan of those two pages.

The difficult part was the bleed through you always get from scanned pages in a magazine wherever there are white areas. Thankfully webslinger had stitched the two pages together perfectly into one file, but there was still a line down the middle that needed to go away which was another challenge.
