Re: sideskirts

Use the 3M double sided on the lower sil and if you close the door and look you can tell that if you position a few screws closer to the body they will be out of site when the door is closed. You can also put a screw in the front to the inner fender well as well as the rear that is so long as the side skirts you have do indeed wrap the front and rear fender wells.

Thats how mine are on and I have yet to have any problems.

Re: sideskirts

3M makes a glue just for bodykits and moldings, it works great i have it on my side skirts i dont have one screw in them, but mine are molded.Depending on how good of a quality ur side skirts are u might need to mold them i had to came out really clean though. But the 3M glue comes in a caulking bottle, its like $15.

Re: sideskirts

Yea it was done with bodyfiller, but the bodyfiller wasnt holding it on, that 3m glue holds it on, and then the bodyfiller is just put in the gaps on the door sills and molds to the sides of the car to create that flush smooth look.
