97 blazer tranny codes

ok here goes...first i noticed no dash lights when i turned the key on wait 5 seconds and they come on...then ses light comes on and it is like i am stuck in 3rd gear??? took it to a chevrolet dealer they changed the wiring harness in the trans said it was bad ok drove it about 2 blocks same thing hooked it up to my scanner and it gave me the good ol codes shift a ,shift b, and tcc sensor...well there goes 250.00 down the drain .......any help would be greatly appriciated.......someone told me to change the ignition??????

Couple questions, Does your truck ever just die out while driving it for no reason? You noticed no dash lights, does the truck ever turnover but won't start, then your dash lights come on then it starts up? 97 blazers share a common bad ignition switch problem, they can and do cause all kinds of strange electrical problems in the truck. These are just two of the many problems a bad switch causes.
Do an "ignition switch" search

ok when i put the key into the ignition and turn it on the lights take about 5 seconds to come on if i try to start it without waiting it will not start.

sometimes it starts without any problems, never has died on me while driving.

if i clear the codes witch are p0740, p0753, p0758, p1860 the blazer will run fine for a bit but then the ses light comes on and when i come to a stop and take off again it feels like i am stuck in 2nd or 3rd gear then it seems to fix itself but ses light stays on and when i turn the key off it wont turn back all the way to remove it
