1995 1500 couple problems

95 1500 TBI Auto 5.7L 350 Ext cab SB.

PROBLEM 1: every now n then when i go to take off at low rpms such as from a stoplight, stopsign, or turning, the truck bogs down and the rpms drop almost stalling the truck, but it eventually kicks in and goes. trucks only stalled bout 4 times since its been doing this, 3 times when backing up and once when goin around a turn. only stalled @ low rpms and not going over 25mph. the "bogging" happens at low rpms a majority of the time but sometime i can get it to do it at 40mph by flooring it.

PROBLEM 2: SES light comes on and truck shifts hard into second. other gears are a little rough compared to normal but 2nd is the noticable one. Light stays on and shift problem happens till i turn the truck off. Everything goes back to normal once the trucks been off for bout 10 - 20 seconds, this will happen atleast once times a day sometimes everytime i drive it place to place.

Time to check for codes and find out why that service light is on.
It is trying to tell you something for sure.
