There's a 'service connector' that will cause the engine or tranny 's' light to flash and let you know what the issue might be. I don't have my generic matenance manual with me I just moved to hawaii.
on my 91 ex cp the connectors on the passenger side, right underneath the dash. I almost think the newer models are around the tranny controler, and abs boxes in the center console. I'd advise picking up a generic manual which will list where it is. Or if you do a lot of self repair work you might go to helminc.com and pick up the factory service manuals. But if needbe I can talk my father into looking up the local and wire color. Send model info please, particularly if you have an explosive bag infront of you while driving. TTYL -coyote |
