Steve Gibbins C5R
Hello
I am building a Revell C5-R. I wanted to ask what is the best way to lower this car, like the way Steve did his? Thank you for your time |

I'm working on teh same car as you at the moment but I don't know how Steve lowered his. For mine, I just made the holes in the rear suspension taller and notched them. I also made the hole in the differential a little bit bigger to allow it to sit lower if you made the hole in the suspension a little too big. Hope this helps and good luck. Post pics if you have any problems or when you finish.

Sorry for the slow response to this, didn't spot it until now, I did this kit a while ago now but as far as I can remember the back end was a case of bending the axle in the middle so at the ends it was higher, this also gives the wheels some camber so that they can tuck underneath the body and then bending up the suspension arms, i think for the front end I mounted the brake discs higher somehow although I can't remember exactly how I did it, at first it was a bit wobbly but once the glue had set it was fine.
Hope this helps, Steve
