Re: How To?

Are you going to cut them off???
Are you going to weld them back up yourself??

Guessing not.
I would recommend taking it to an exhaust shop.

Re: How To?

I was just ganna gut em. i would keep them on. Im not sure wut to do tho, i have an ORY but i had it on and it sounded like a rice burner with my flowmaster exhaust . So i took it off, i dont know if i should put the ORY back on and just change my muffler to magnaflow. hoping that would change the ricy sound?

Re: How To?

Can you get a clip of it??

Is it leaking or something?? Shouldn't sound ricey with the Flows. Should sound good, but with a touch of power restricted.

In order to gut them, they have to come off the car.
What cats?
What ORY was on there before?
Magnaflows sound great!!!

Re: How To?

my flowmaster has started to rattle! When i give it gas, it ratles a little then gets better. How much does it cost for straight pipes? The thing is that i dont wanna have fartster car after i get straight pipes, thats wat i heard from my friends. Sorry for interruption in this thread.

Re: How To?

I had the cat cut off my '98 Camaro and had pipe put in place for $35. It's not too expensive to have them do that. I tried gutting it at first and never really got anywhere with it so I just gave up.
