Replacing fuel filter on 2000 Sunfire

I am about to replace the fuel filter on a friend's 2000 Sunfire. I bought a Fram and it looks a little different than the usual ones I have dealt with (mainly Fords). I can't find much info on how to replace it. Can anyone help me with this? Do I need any special tools? Any tips/tricks?
Thanks!!

No special tools needed You will need flathead to take loosen the green clip and a wrench to hold the nut while u unscrew the filter.
