My power antena won't go up can you please advise?

After the Fuse is checked, if there is one, you may want to let us know what else you've done to diagnose the problem.

1) Is there power to the Antenna?
2) Will it operate in a 'bench test' environment?

If the Antenna Motor is found to be dead, a new universal type unit can be had for about $20 just about anywhere. You can also find model specific Antenna on eBay, or should I say, you could find them on eBay last time I looked.

Its only a 93, so i wouldn't think it was the motor yet, but it could be

Might be the nylon cord with teeth that pushes the antenna up and down that has broken.
