Rear speaker replacement

'96 Explorer "Limited" 4-dr. has one speaker in the very back passenger side. Need to replace blown speaker, what is the best way to remove the panel containing the speaker grill without breaking anything?

It's a subwoofer. I believe an 8 inch but might be a 6 inch not sure. But the stock enclosure is really shallow so there are very few aftermarket subs that will fit in there. Mtx sells whats called thunderforms that fit there in the stock place. You can get them with or without a built in amp. Crutchfield sells the but i would shop around as you can probably get it cheaper from an online source. I have an 01 and it has like six body clips at the top of the panel underneath the window and then you have to pull up the carpet in the cargo area and thera are a few screws at the bottom of the panel. Now you might have to remive the doorsill from the back passsenger door as I think there is another screw there or it might just hold it in. Give it a shot and let me know.
