Control Display incomplete

My Control & Odometer Display are incomplete, not all lights are on(the little dot) What could be causing this? Is it a big deal to fix?

The pixels fail and this is a know faiure on the E38s. Most owners get the diaplay(s) replaced before the warranty runs out. If you are already out fo warranty, then a replacement part could be found from a recycler for less than the dealer, or you can bite the bullet and have it repaired by the Dealer.

Thanks John, I bought the car a week ago, it only has 38079 miles on it. Have to check if it’s still covered. Thanks again.
