Hello to all.
I have a 93 SC2 (Automatic) w/81,000 miles which is suddenly loosing power. Loosing power to the point that I barely got it moving at the traffic lights in town untill it hits about 15 MPH then it has a little more power, but not much. When I got home I popped the hood and can here a ratteling sound on the cam drive side. Air conditioning is off and I installed new cam chain tensioners about 11,000 miles ago. The noise is completely gone as soon as I add a few RPM's to it. No Service light on. Where do I need to start looking? Thanks |

Re: 93 SC2 Loosing Power
i would start with compression and/or vacuum tests, i wonder if the chain jumped a tooth...
