cold intake 98 acura
i have a 98 acura integra gsr V-tec 1.8L. i recently bought a cold intake kit. it came with 2 pipes, a thin rubber hose, and a filter that doesn't even fit inside the filter box where my old filter fits. am i only supposed to use one pipe? and how am i supposed to fit the filter in the box? if anyone has any installation guides or can direct me the right plz do with extreme details due to my lack of knowledge with this. thx.

Re: cold intake 98 acura
Usually intake systems replace your entire stock one. Does it have a cone shaped filter?

Re: cold intake 98 acura
For a cold air intake on that application you have to COMPLETELY remove your facotry intake tube and box, and your inner fender well. The first two pipes will sttach with the rubber coupler that came with the kit. You then go under the pass side fender and attach the filter from the bottom. If you cant understand this find a friend or pro who can.
