How to program a keyless remote.

Anyone know how to program a keyless remote, or FOB as some call it on a1996 3.8, Winstar.I am looking to get a 3rd. remote from Ebay,some people sell the instuctions.Please help if anyone knows how to. Thanks.

O.K. I read the thread you have posted.I dropped down the glove box door, and found the plug with 2 pins in it,on the right side. I need to short the 2 together with the ignition to run.There are 2 other connectors with alot of pins.Is the connector on the right side with the 2 pins correct?Will I damage anything shorting the 2 pins? Thanks
