2001 pontiac grand prix... need help with winshield washer

I recently bought a 2001 pontiac Grand Prix. The winshield wipers work, but the washer part of it doesnt. The wiper fluid is completely filled, but it doesnt spray. Cant seem to locate the motor. Any help will be appreciated.. Thanks

I believe it is located under the windshield washer fill tank. You have to remove the plastic covers in your wheel well to reach it. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

you are correct. i removed the plastic inner wheel cover and there it was.

No problem, glad to help. How many miles do you have on your grande prix. My motor also went out at about 65k and I have not changed it yet. Can you give me an idea of how much it was and if it was a pretty simple job, Im assuming it is. Thanks

i haven't replaced it yet. don't know how much it costs.you were right, it is very simple. unplug the wires and pull out the hose and it comes right out.

It runs about $15-$20 bucks depending on where you buy it and what brand, and is very easy to replace.
