CARB PROBLEM!!!!!!!!!!!!need HELP ASAP

ok i have a 1984 chevy camaro, 305 with a quadrajet (junk) on my car. i was driving it and it stalled out on me. when i go to start it again it wants to start but it wont and shoots gas out the carb. i have no idea y. is it a bad carb? or sumthin internal? need help asap..... thanks

When was the last cleaning and rebuild?

i had it rebuild not even a year ago. it started once and theres a knocking noise inside motor dont know if timing chain or what but dont sound good. any suggestions?

You can put a timing light on it and if the timing indicater is bouncing erratically, it's a safe bet the chain is stretched.

if there is no gas coming out might be your fuel pump is goin bad bro! or a fuel filter that is really cloged.
