oooops, error message (reduced engine power) when i start. everything works except for gas pedal. any one help me??

Welcome to your first post on AF
You need to give more of a discription of the problem and someone will help you.
Engine and mileage? Is the gas pedal broke or working normal?
Is this the electronic gas pedal?
Is the engine and transmission running good?
Check engine lights on or blinking?
Have you checked for codes?

Hey, folks. Sorry been away for a while. Forgot password.LOL Anyway ya been having reduced engine power for a little over a year now. No one can figure it out. But been able to keep going because i have DTC scanner plugged in to truck all the time. When it comes on just go through the steps clear it and keep on driving. Well the other day i was in middle of snow storm and i'm an owner operator for snowplowing business. Went into reduced engine power and would not clear to save my life. Tried unhooking battery and everything. Kept flashing 4 different codes. So off to the dealer i go. New throttle body. Not the problem. Ended up re-pinning connector that goes into throttle body. Good As new. Except today did it again, but was able to clear it. Going in there in a couple hours. They are going to check clean and reconnect the grounds. Because apparently low voltage to TAC module can cause reduced engine power. Hope this helps. Will let you know how i make out after today.
