Extractors.....finally

Finally finished my extractors today. Feels like there is a little more torque but I haven't VTECed yet so .....????????? And guess what Spunk, I saved 9.560 kgs ...... WAHOOO!!!! Don't need to make more power if you keep dropping weight!!!! Instead of going into a 43mm bore the header now finishes in a full 63mm...
Whoever said size doesn't matter, never had any!!!!!!!

ive read bad things about heat wrapping the extractors. it was something to do with the thermal wrap keeping the extractors hot long after the engine is turned off and the extractors eventually cracking. i dunno if its BS but i'd either ceramic coat it (expensive) or put a heat shield over it (cheap alternative), or just be lazy and leave it

Yeah the heatwrap makes the metal crystalise and %^%$s the headers over time. I'm building my next set of headers now so time shouldnt be a problem
