does a 95 eclipse look the same at +96-99 ???????

No the 95 and 96 model eclipses do not look like the 97-99 models. The 95-96 have a front end that resembles the 2g talons. The 97+ are the cars with the more aggressive front end and the high wing on the back.

The 95-96 has the low spoiler, reverse lights next to the rear plate, non intergrated fog lights, ugly head lights, swirl wheels, and gray paint along the bottom of the side skirts.
The 97-99 has the high spoiler, reverse lights out farther on the rear fascia, intergrated fog lights, pretty projector looking head lights, 5 spoke wheels or 17 inch split 5 spokes on the GSX, and solid painted side skirts. The 97-99s are much nicer looking.
