Re: spidey bike + figure

Great, hope this one turns out well. I'd like lots of comments on the figure decals as I have them myself. I think MSM has done a great job but some decals (read helmet ones) looks really tricky. Same on the Rossi rider decals from the same company.
Best of luck and I'm hoping for lots of progress pics.
By the way, are you using any other after market parts? PE, renaissance M1 parts, Tamiya front forks etc?
/Joel

Wink Re: spidey bike + figure

Hi ya Joel ,
Apart from decals will be using the front fork set,st27 pe and some c/f hopefully
will try some scratch building on some pieces.Wife complained about what I spent on this kit already without getting the renaissance M1 parts.

For the rider figure I have 3-4 Tamyia figures that I may use ,then again I also have a fogerty figure that I have had for a while that is more up to date.

posting pic's soon of engine ,and frame which has been filled in to make a solid frame

This is cool! It's going to look great with the figure on the back. Are you going to pose the bike in mid ride? How do you intend to hold it up, if so?

Re: spidey bike + figure

Hi Shayne. This will look cool when done. I have the same bike to do minus rider but keep putting it off because of the decals - bit scary!
Cheers

Re: spidey bike + figure

Wait a bloody second here!!! Are you already done with the decal job?? And you call yourself slow ;-) Just kidding. Looks great. Seat and muffler is very good. Have you or any one else reading this had the chance to have at look at the SMS rider figure for this sheet? Better or worse than Heller and El OSo?

Yes of coarse, my bad. But the question still stands, how is their figure compared to the others?
