battery cable 2003
Has anybody replaced the positive battery cable? I went to clean the corrosion off the post when the ring broke. The thing goes into the harness and I have a feeling this is going to be big bucks at the dealership?

Re: battery cable 2003
Well, its a good thing all the repair shops were closed today or else I would have probably paid to have a new cable put on. Instead, I went to the parts store and discovered that they make several different types of universal battery post connectors. With a little bit of drilling and a little bit of grinding I got one to work really well. $4.50.....I can deal with that! Hope this helps somebody in the future.

Re: battery cable 2003
Congrats man, that would have really thinned out the wallet for something seemingly so simple.
