ABS motor

2000 F-150, 5.4 liter, 4X4 ext cab. ABS Motor stays on all the time. Truck is off and and no keys in ignition. I pulled the fuse so i can drive truck and not kill the battery. I looked for the relay but could not find it. Something is making the ABS motor run all the time.

its it internally shorted, the abs module is the only thing that contols it. i don't remember what needs to be replaced the module, hydraulic control unit(HCU) or both, if you really want to fix it you're better off taking it to a dealer, this being a safety issue. its going to be expensive though none of these parts are cheap.
