'95 Lumina APV problems/NEED HELP PLZ

Hey I'm new to this site, I just bought a '95 APV, basically for work and fishing, I'm pretty happy with it, however I have a few problems, the main thing is the engine stalls, it doesnt happen all the time, about every 2 weeks or so, just shuts off, also having problems with Wipers, they seem to have a mind of their own, they will work if I force them by hand a few times, but its sparatic, last thing is the Fuel guage, when I bought it I was told not to let it go too far past a half tank, then its empty, is this a bad sending unit or sensor? if anyone could give some advice, I would greatly appreciate it, my main concern is the engine stalling, Thanks in advance......Jasin

I had the same wiper problem on my '95 APV. It turned out to be a dead spot in the wiper motor. I replaced it with a used motor for around $30.
