Torsion bar cam lifts

I've been researching different lift kits for my 92 4x4 Silverado and wondering if these replacement torsion bar keys are worth looking at? When comparing kits from $150-$1500, it's hard to tell if this is just something somebody came up with to make it look good, but ruins the driveability of the truck. Has anybody installed one of these cheap cam kits and does it work as they advertise?

To further narrow things down, I've got a 360+ HP motor and barely ever see "real" offroading, but do experience more than my share of rough roads. Maintaining the "stock" ride quality is most important. I'm not really looking for anything major in a lift, just get the truck up 3" for a set of wheels and tires that have been sitting in the garage.
