The part where the manifold and turbo part turns bright red

Is there anyone who can solve this problem.?

the last time the manifold of my car turn bright red and i can overcome the problem. The problem is due a leakage in the manifold. Now the part where the minifold connect the turbo turn broight red even a rev of less than 3000rpm.

my car is 98model galant 4g63sohc but installed an td-04. is the problem arises due to inaccuracy of timing or i must get an ECU and retune the car.?
