inner tie rods, WHERE TO BUY THEM?

It's been 3 years since i have my golf and i like it a lot but it has given me some problems during that time and since i bought it everytime i pass over a bump ar a hole it makes a sound on the front wheels, it feels like something is weak and the mechanic told me that i need to change the tie rods. I changed the out ones some time ago and the noise never dissapeared still happening, that's why i think i need to change the ones inside, can someone help me on this??
And also if someone knows where to buy the inner tie rods for a golf 2000, does anybody know where to buy them cheap?
