I have the Service engine light on with 3 codes:
p0133-oxygen-sensor-circuit-slow-response-bank-1-sensor-1 p0420-catalyst-efficiency-below-threshold-bank-1 p1423-EGI-function-test-fail The car is running sluggishly and if I take it over 4500 rpm, it starts sputtering and will do so untill i turn it off and turn it back on. Anyone see this? I don't know if the front O2 sensor is bad, but I would like to disconnect the rear one and replace it with a resistor, anyone know what ohm resistor I should use? S |

Re: Post cat O2 fault
the low efficiency fault is almost always a faulty converter. It has a 100k mile warranty

Re: Post cat O2 fault
I'd replace the bank 1 oxygen sensor and clear codes see what happens.
