97 astro fuse panel

This may seem really stupid, but i cannot find the fuse panel in my astro! i found one under the hood, but all fuses are OK, and i accidentally crossed wires when putting in a new radio. There has to be another fuse location. Can anyone help?

My 98 has it under the driver dash just to the side of the brake peddal, on the firewall, cover flips down.

Thanks! That was it. I looked right at it and thought it was a brake sensor!
