Re: Help?!?!?!?!?!?!

Which engine do you have the 2.2 Ecotec or 3.4L V6?

If you suspect a fuel delivery system problem the best thing to do is hookup an automotive fuel pressure tester to the rear fuel injector rail. There is a Schrader valve on the right hand side of the engine. The pic below shows the gauge connected to a '02 Alero GL2 with 3.4L. A 2002 with 3.4L will have at least 55 psi at fuel pump prime (ignition on not start) and higher when engine is idling and whether vacuum at the fuel pressure regulator is on or off.

Re: Help?!?!?!?!?!?!

Thanks bnaylor, that was very helpful.

We figured out the problem thought, the fuel pump did go on her it's not delivering the fuel at all, so now we have 2 go buy a new fuel pump, but im taking it back to the dealership to see if its under warranty when he first bought her, i told the dealership the brakes were messed, he said nah they passed and shit 3 months later we're down to 20% left on them, so its gunna be a huge fight for this pump, and they said theb rakes were our fault (stupid dealerships )
