Exclamation HELP!!!My car is shaking when I hit 45 mph!!!

HELP!!! HELP!!! HELP!!!
My car is shaking again!!! It's a BMW 318i 1985 !!!

I already have lowering springs but I just got new wheels, new shocks and some wheels spacers(size:8mm) and my car is shaking really badly and I mean really badly this time!!!
Even when I'm going 45 mph I feel the whole car shaking and I feel it also when I'm pressing my brakes, clutch and accelerator.
And I've just gotten my wheels Balanced and I've just done an Alignement !!!
And I still don't know why it shakes really badly !!!
CAN SOMEONE PLEAZ HELP ME !!! PLEAZ...THANK U...

(P.S.:I'm really desperate here for HELP) thank u...
PEACE...
