3rd brake light

Hi All, I have a 97pi that I am told the 3rd brake light is not working in. I really haven't had a chance to look at it other than i do know it is not the bulbs. Is there a separate fuse for this or is it probably most likely a wire? Thank you

Re: 3rd brake light

Hey Kev. Have you looked under the package tray in the trunk? That is where the wires connect. Are you sure it is not the bulbs? Blown bulbs will cause lights not to work.

Re: 3rd brake light

Hey W2O, nice to hear from you. I really only had time at lunch today to take the 2 screws off out of the 3rd brake light cover and switch the bulbs out which of course did nothing. It struck me odd that they would both go out at the same time anyway. I'll do some more digging this weekend but figured I'd check with you all. Thank you
