Whats everyone paying for an RSX?

My GF wants to buy a RSX (non-s). They are selling the car for $21,500 (+tax (around $1200 tax credit included). The lease is $410 on a 36 mo w/ no money down. I don't know but that seams high to me. Does the RSX not have a good residual value???

i paid

only 21500 for mine, drove the poor salesman crazy. It was his daughters b-day that night and a friend of mine that worked at that dealership told me to come in now because the salesman was anxious to get home. I was there from about 6-11:30 p.m., he finally gave in and mentioned that he had to get home to his daughter I felt bad...for about a minute
Another strategy, my friend said that in order for a dealership to get an rsx that they don't have, they have to trade w/another dealership. So if you see a silver rsx that you want and notice they have no black ones, tell them to order you a black one. When they do and it comes in tell them that you don't want the black one, that u don't like the way it looks. Then they'll try to cut you a deal on the silver one.

er that was 21,500

including taxes title and tags, bug them to pay it, they will. my monthly payments are very low (under 200) for less then 2 years and honda is financing me.

Wait a sec...you paid 21,500 INCLUDING TAXES, TITLE, AND TAGS??? That's like $1500 off!

I'm on Long Island, NY...about to pick up one for $21,770 including wheel locks, floor mats (no spoiler). This doesn't include taxes, title, etc.

Lemme know, is that a good deal?

well you should have specified that.....since 200 a month over 2 years is very little....you made it sound like you had some imposible deal....also i don't think most people here can afford that kind of downpayment

At 4000 down, a brand new types would probably be in the range of the base model ~ $17k. You'd have a hard time getting it for $200 a month unless you did a 7 or 8 year loan which is rare to do. I would go for a used one if you're trying for $200 or less, but even then, the resale value on these acuras are extremely high.

With my neon, I paid 13k at 2.9% for 5 years and that still came around $230/mo. Good luck in finding one for that amount.
