My local Advance Auto printed it for me, and I then scanned it into the computer. I learned the hard way after assuming that my van would have a diagram like any other car on the road!!

You can find a lot of information such as belt diagrams, firing order and cylinder layout at autozone.com under repair information/specifications. If you don't see what you are looking for, run a search. For instance, they have hyperlinks for firing order and few other things, but I ran a search for "belt diagram" and found what I was after ( I searched under '96 windstar as that is my default vehicle on the site).
