ECU for B18C1 question, Dizzy question - search failed

I tried looking around Honda-tech.

I tried looking around Hondaswap.

People are notorious at those sites for flaming each other and not offering answers even if the thread answering the question is probably dead and deleted.

B18C1 USDM 1995 Block with 1999 Head/Transmission, going into a 1992-1995 Civic.

Stock intake/exhaust manifold. Will using a P28 fire off a CEL code because of the secondary on the stock intake manifold? Do I use OBD1 ECU because the chassis is OBD1?

Is it the same for the distributor?

Do I use a 1994-1995 OBD1 GSR ECU + Dizzy to get this thing going?

Re: ECU for B18C1 question, Dizzy question - search failed

basically, if you are running an obd1 ecu, then, the obd1 ecu will not be looking for obd2 sensors

obd2 head on an obd1 dizzy on an obd1 ecu (preferably p72) on an obd1 harness = you will be fine.
