Where do the wires go? Please help!

I just put a new transmission in my cavy, but i only labeled about 3/4's of the wires and left the "easy" ones. Turns out they weren't so easy when it was time to put everything together. There is a little black wire coming out of the black tube that the starter wires go to.I can't find out where it goes. there are 2 red wires connecting to the top screw on the starter and then a small red wire connecting to the bottom one. Is that right? Also where do the positive battery connections hook up to? im assuming a screw on the transmission or something like that but i dont know which or where. Same thing with the negative. could someone send pictures or something? or explain to me how to read the cavalier's wire diagram.
Also, if I just rolled it out to a mechanic, would he put it all back together if i just pay him for labor? Because i want my car to be done but im sick of working on it.

Year and motor of your car would help greatly
