1993 318is no start (hot)

208,000 miles, great car, well maintained, have a hot no start 3 times in 6 weeks. Starts right up next morning. Fault codes, amm and O2 sensor. 3 bmw mechanics have different opinions. I am ready to start throwing parts at it, what is the forums opinion on where to start and any other suggestions?
