Completed Celica SS-II with custom bodykit

Those of you with long memories will remember that I started this one way back in April 04 !- the stock styling left me a bit cold so I decided to try and scratchbuild a bodykit for it. It was made up from spare kit bits, plastic sheet & Tamiya quick type epoxy putty.
Everything was going well until I decided to spray it pearl white which was not such a good idea as the kit was moulded in red plastic ! - the red bled through the white turning it pink in places. So it went for a soak in brake fluid.

After that I sort of lost interest and started other kits but I've finally found the enthusiasm to get on & finish it. It's all stock Tamiya except the bodykit, rims are from the Aoshima Mazdaspeed RX7 with Pegasus sleeves and the paint is Vauxhall Caribic Blue metallic.
Thanks for looking

Can someone please explain what "pegasus sleeves" are, and where I can get them from. Because they look cool on them rims. Thanks.
