Exclamation Cats or no cats

What do you guys think. I had Pacesetter long tube headers and high flo cats but on. I lost about half if not more of my ground clearance. Should I just have them taken off and go for it???

Re: Cats or no cats

They are worth maybe 4-5 RWHP if removed.

Have to pass emissions??? If not...I would probably take them off.
Hell...I have to pass emissions and I don't have them.

Re: Cats or no cats

Definately get them off, nothing worse than ripping them off on a speed bump. Just keep them around somewhere if you ever need to put them back on, maybe if oregon decides to enforce federal emission rules or something like that.

Re: Cats or no cats

i have to pass emissions and i dont have them...they didnt check for them they even lifted my car up and looked underneath it so if they pass a nearly 30 year old car then i dont think you should have to worry...you could always put (Test Cats on) Buy them off ebay...if you dont know what they are they look just like a cat but there hallow ... i think there used to test the exhaust but since im not a big exhaust guy i dont know...and its prob a bad idea.
