Ultimate Swap Guide

The info for 95 heads is a bit confusing. From just a quick read of the guide, I'd say no, but not sure.

Re: Head Swap

What about the different EGR valves? Easy adaptation?

Re: Head Swap

Well, if you put the 95 head on the 94 block, the egr system wont matter because the system is on the head, not the block, as far as i know, someone correct me if i'm wrong.

Re: Head Swap

all 95s use a electronic EGR, 94s used ether a vaccum or electronic EGR, depending on what state the car was bought in. if the 94 has a electronic EGR, there is no problem. if the 94 has a vacuum EGR, the swap will only work if the PCM and wiring harness are replaced

Re: Head Swap

the motor is from a 94 and going into a 95, so the head switch would be fine.
