paint stripping question?

what can be used to strip Cobra Colors over a Tamiya white primer base. I messed up a paint job and need to repaint.

I just stripped mine with 99 isopropyl alcohol and it works perfectly.

Sodium hydroxide ( NaOH ) also known as lye or caustic soda, water and plastic gloves.
