Purchase '99 LXi?

Hi,

I'm looking at dumping off my '99 Lumina on a '99 Cirrus. Cirrus was $5999 but the dealer recently dropped the price to $4999. 105k mi on the V6. Gold ext. leather int. I just want to know what some of the biggest problem points are on it and want to know if it's worth trading the Lumina for (paid $5200 last year on the Lumina, 88Kmi presently trade could be anywhere from $1500 to $3000).

I'd also like to know if the 2.5L Chrysler\Mitsu engines have any problems with pistonslap or bearing knock. Chrysler transmissions don't have the greatest history, so I'd like to know if I have to watch out for that.

be careful about transimission, the typical problem is tranny slip when the car slip to stop at very low speed.
