91' LeSabre window regulators

I'm replacing 2 power window regulators in my dad's 91' LeSabre Custom. Does anyone know what other makes/ models may have the same regulators in them for a fast and easy swap from the boneyard? The car is a sedan, both front door regulators have had it! Thanks for the help-

Re: 91' LeSabre window regulators

O-Kay Here is the problem. The motors are very week. I just replaced one from the bone yard and I had almost the same problem. Window moves
then stops. Where are you located ?

The motors are revited in the sheet metal 5 rivets. Have to be drilled out.
If you want to continue reply.

Re: 91' LeSabre window regulators

Someone has already had the motor removed, it was bolted in. Whoever tried fixing the problem only made it worse because they obviously tried forcing the regulator out of the door shell, because it is badly warped. The motors is fine, it's the regulator that needs to be replaced.

I removed the regulator from the hole in the sheet metal where the speaker is monuted. It can be removed without damage. The motor is riveted to the regulator. Regulator riveted to the door shell. Best best go to the junkie.
Look at yours maybe it was pinched in the window tracks.

They tried removing it through the speaker opening like you did, the sheet metal is actually bent out where they forced it (why they did that, I'll never know!) I'll make a trip to the boneyard and post back with the results.

I removed the regulator without bending anything. You have to turn it upside down in the door shell, then it comes out without much effort through speaker hole.
I used 1/4 rivets (5). It worked too easy. E-bay sells them for $30.00
