how are you going to say you are a new shop and then post looking for something?
apparently you did not read the user agreement before you joined. your first post was about opening a new shop....which is forbidden unles you are a PAYING SPONSOR. you are banned and if you re-register and re-break the rules you will be re-banned. not stop being cheap and pay for your advertising like the rest of the world
