Hud problems

I just bought A 1998 grand prix GTP & the heads up display doesn't work. If you push the up & down button you can hear it moving but it won't display on the windshield. Any help would be great.

Your HUD projector positioning system sounds OK. For most HUD display problems about all you can do is try to troubleshoot or go over known problems like resoldering the photo sensor. This will require removing the HUD unit. See links below:
