03 rust

any one else have problems with any rust? i noticed it the other day under the rear hatch along the bottom, not real bad yet but about 5 nickel size bubbles starting. any one else seen this? dealership says it wont do anything till theres a whole, think theyed fix it now were it would be easier but whatever

I noticed on my 03, that the rear hatch has a couple of dime sized bubbles in the middle by the license plate/rear window button. It kinda makes me mad because I take good care of the truck and wax it 5 or 6 times a year at least.
