Need some infos about Venture

Hello guys,

first to thank you for former re-plays to my questions.
You guys did help me a lot to take better care of my Venture 2002 Ext van, which I like a lot. Great and very comfortable ride.

In the past have had to replace A/C condensor and IMG, replaced the tranny oil & filter, spark plugs, flushed the radiator and cooling system.
Have installed trailer hitch.
Almost all of this work have had done with my mechanic, really good guy here locally in Greensboro, NC area.

Now have few additional questions about my van.

When I press the lock/unlock button on remote key openner, don't see any lights from the left/right turn signals, like on the other cars (didn't pay attention to Venture but saw this on other cars).
If I don't have that on my van, how easy/hard is this to install??
I mean, if you press lock/unlock button, that turn signal lights will flash for a few second.
Can I do this or not??

And second question is how hard/easy is to install remote door opener for sliding doors??
I am sure that my minivan have not that option, but would be nice to have it installed, especially when kid is running to the car.
Is it something that's allready in my van somewhere hidden, so I can just buy some things and connect them to it and install or do I need the whole enchillada to get this to dealer etc...

Do you guys have done any additional lights installed on your vans?? I mean if you have had any, what kind did you use and how easy/hard is this to install??
Do they make any original fit for bumper or do you guys go to wal-mart or such to get ones??

If you have any infos about this matter, please share with me.
