converting from automatic to manual

anyone done this with a 240...i know most of the parts which would be needed,,,does anyone see any big potential problems with attempting this? ill be planning on dropping in a sr20det...any insights would help. reason being is theres a great deal on a 95 240 with blown motor auto. thanks
