Wiring

Ok i got 2 questions.
1. I just bought a new stereo off Ebay, but the wires in my car are all messed up and old. And i dont know what wires are what so if anybody knows that would be f*cking awesome.
2. I know I sound retarded right now but i cant remember how to do this, i got 2 neons from work and i have them wired up to my parking lights right now so they turn on when i turn my parking lights on. But i want to wire them up to a switch and i really forget how to do that lol.

look under the 4 gen ifo thred at the top of the page before this. it is either on the first or second page it tells you wich wires are wich for the sterio. and for the lights just buy a switch from radio shack and run it threw the ground line to the lights. switch on and off whenever.
