Radio Unlock Code

I bought a used 1999 olds 88 and when I replaced the battery the radio locked out. The previous owner passed away and his code is unavailable. Any help?

Sounds like you will have to go to a dealership and either give them your VIN number or pull the radio out and give them the serial number. You will probably have to pay a small fee and/or prove ownership of the car.
